It may be possible to cancel an order within 5 hours of it being placed. Please call us at 1- (855) 553-8955 between 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. PST Monday through Friday, or email us at customercare@jingus.com to request a cancellation. JING makes NO guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. You can manage and track the order you placed online by contacting the JING customer care team at customercare@jingus.com. You will need your order number and email address. However, once the order begins processing in our system, we may not be able to amend it. Please take extra care when placing an order, as JING does not accept any changes on orders that have already been processed. By placing an order, you expressly agree to follow and abide by these terms.

Your returns will now be processed within 5-10 business days after your return package arrives at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification once we receive your return package. You can review our return policy below.

If you return an item within 30 days after the delivery date, you can request a refund in-store credit or the original payment method.

We currently don't offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item by choosing "store credit refund" and place a new order. Please note that choosing "store credit refund" will get an extra 20% off coupon at the time of refund.

Please request and print out your return shipping label within 30 days after package delivery date. We will not accept any returns that are over 30 days the return period. If you are within 30 days return period, you can drop the item off at your nearest UPS.

To avoid additional return fees, please wait for your entire order to arrive before initiating a return.




We at J.ING hope you love your new purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will happily accept your return for a refund to your original payment method or store credit (U.S. orders only), subject to the conditions below.

  • We will not refund any items that are worn, damaged, stained, scented, washed, or altered in any way. All items must have tags.
  • We will not refund any Final Sale, Accessories or Intimate items (bras, panties, socks, yoga mats).
  • All items 50% off or more are Final Sale.
  • We will not refund any items that are sent back without filing a return request (fill out the return request by clicking on "start your return" button above).
  • If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, you will not be refunded.
  • We do not accept packages returned via C.O.D. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • J.ING reserves the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the individual factors mentioned above. In some cases, J.ING might charge a cleaning/restocking fee.
  • Returns are for U.S. domestic orders in 48 states (not including Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Hawaii).
  • For our Activewear and Sleepwear collections, we ask you to keep undergarments on when trying on your lovely, new purchase.
  • In the event that you make a purchase during a promotion where the total discount you received is dependent on the total cost of the order (ex. Buy More, Save More Sale) and you wish to return the item(s), the discount you qualified for is subject to change to a lower discount as dictated by the promotion. A refund will then be recalculated according to promotional terms.
  • Returns have a $7.99 USD flat fee if you use our discounted label. You may also ship through your preferred courier at your own expense.

*Please note that the shipping fee for your original order is nonrefundable.

Defective Product

If you have quality issue to report, you can contact our customer care team within 5 business days of receiving your product here and we will assist you with the return and refund process.

Responsibility

  • Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them. Please make sure they're packed properly so as to avoid any damage in transit.
  • As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives, be sure to get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If we are able to locate the items and you'd like them returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
  • We are not able to refund any tax or duty charged by customs border office.

Instructions on How to Return

  1. Click “Start Your Return” Button and complete all required information.
  2. *If the customer chooses to self-return (without a pre-paid label) the Express shipping fees will be at the customer's own expense. The label provided by J.ING's Return Department for self-return is a postage-required label, NOT a pre-paid label.
  3. Print out the return shipping label sent to your e-mail
  4. Pack the returning goods into boxes and stick the return shipping label outside the box.
  5. Drop the package to your preferred UPS drop off location.
  6. Your refund/store credit will be processed within 7 days once we have received your package. You will receive a separate e-mail when refund processed*.
  7. If returning products for refund, return label charge of $7.99 USD will be deducted from your refund.
  8.   *Typically it takes 3-7 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.
