Summary and Objective:
J.ING is looking for a Merchandise Planning Manager who will be accountable for driving profitable sales for the region, management sales & inventory activities by setting SKU sales targets, maintaining an open-to-buy plan, monitoring inventory aging and quality, and providing stock productivity analysis. They will also create and analyze forecasts across the region and provide robust reporting to all levels of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
· Work cross functionally with other departments within the company in order to optimize buy targets, sku optimization, as well as time phased category plans. Work closely with Inventory coworker and Product teams. Monitoring Open to Buy flow for current buying season and an extended 12 month strategic open to buy plan for future product seasons. Monitor and advice regarding aged inventory and potential future aged inventory.
· Executing merchandise assortment plan that supports the financial and merchandising objectives set by the management.
· Create and update inventory productivity analysis including stock aging, velocity, flow optimization, and seasonal mix.
· Guides the creation of original dollar by merchandise category: sales, margins, markdown, and inventory productivity.
· Partners with marketing department on the planning of margins, markdown, discounts, promotions, events, and advertisement.
· Attending trade shows and conferences to stay abreast of industry standards.
· Analyzing sales reports, communicating histories and trends, and creating action plans for slow moving categories, and heavy inventory
· Regularly reviewing assortment performance, react quickly to market changes, and make sure current assortment is competitive

· Manage in-season inventory activities, forecasting to a roll forward projection, and adjusting based on the agreed top down plan. Maintain communication with Inventory team on outputs, by creating and updating ad hoc reporting, monitoring results. Support the markdown and closeout process.

· Exhibits market awareness at both the high and low pricing spectrum, staying abreast of the most current fashion trends and pricing strategies- for both apparel and non-apparel.

· Helps merchant team line plan a season to design and production, requesting appropriate levels of bestselling items and new fashion ideas.
· Creates successful product lines with balanced assortment, design, and gross margin each season.
· Manages open-to-buy for the entire division, staying within inventory and markup requirements. Flexes categories for chase and to limit liability as necessary.
· Works with planning to roll up divisional financial buy targets by season and is pro-active to adjust buy strategy when needed.
· Own product life cycle, managing launches, and merchandising plans
· Coordinate inter-departmental initiatives to align teams on your evolving merchandising plan
· Oversee the online store look and feel to strike the perfect balance between brand creative, storytelling, and an easy path-to-purchase for our customers
· Monitor costs and pricing integrity to ensure appropriate margins are maintained; monitor price consistency among vendors and the accomplishment of profitability marketing campaigns
· Assesses the competitive landscape by examining merchandising strategies of key competitors and best-in-class online retailers to understand emerging online trends and recommend changes to the online category strategy based on customer and competitor insights; brand strategies; analysis of KPIs (e.g., sales, conversion, in-stock levels, and assortment alignment, color, price range, categories) and category or product-specific promotions.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
· Mandarin & English bilingual required.
· Advanced proficiency with Excel experience with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
· Minimum 5 years of merchandising, inventory planning, allocation, purchasing, forecasting or analysis experience (Apparel & Fashion industry requires).

Summary/Objective:
The Inventory Analyst at J.ing is responsible for the inventory management, KPI reporting & deep-dive analysis of inventory productivity at our retail locations. The inventory analyst will provide data that will drive optimal buy quantities for regular replenishment, promotions and holidays spikes. As this role evolves, the inventory analyst will be allocating product from J.ing distribution locations to the retail stores and provide visibility of those movements to upper management. Job Responsibilities:
· Weekly & monthly KPI reporting on forecast accuracy, in-stock percentages, promo activity, weeks on hand, etc.
· Work closely with Marketing teams to adjust allocations for promotions and seasonality.
· Communicate retail stock outages to management and provide tactical resolution.
· Provide promotional entrance and exit strategies to key stakeholders.
· Participate in planogram walkthroughs with marketing team to understand the product mix and why product placement may drive higher or lower sales volume.

Responsibilities:
· Maintain product data master files and sync data with ERP systems.
· Track and analyze success of new product uploads and content improvement projects.

Role and Responsibilities

Pre-Launch
· Develop J.ING’s overall wholesale strategy and manage the implementation of the sales and distribution strategy.
· Identify and pitch wholesale showrooms across the U.S.
· Attend tradeshows, as necessary and pitch.
· Devise and execute individual business plans to maximize the brand’s growth and development.
· Create strategic presentations for senior management, including budget presentations, in partnership with wholesale team.
· Ability to negotiate business plans with wholesale business, American chain of department stores like Macy’s, Nordstrom, etc.
· Establish relationships with fashion distributors, fashion showrooms.

The Candidate

· 5-10+ years experience in a sales environment.
· Fashion experience required.
· Existing relationships with and/or knowledge of wholesale womenswear showroom.

· Experience managing a P&L including building sales ladders, forecasts, budgets.
· Strong, successful sales record in womenswear and an in-depth knowledge of the U.S. fashion market.
· Proven track record in independent/key accounts account management and business development, gained within fashion wholesale.
· Possess the industry stature and credibility to act as the brands ambassador, as well as quickly establishing and developing relationships with new clients.
· Previous experience dealing with all aspects of business management from budgeting, planning, and analysis as well as day to day sales management tools.

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be a key member of the Marketing team responsible for generating, sharing, and actioning business intelligence from our marketing initiatives and campaigns. You will collect and digest, present and package, and develop recommendations based on marketing and customer data while assisting in the development of our company’s data science program and BI architecture. In partnership with the Digital Marketing Specialist and our agency vendors, you will manage the execution and optimization of lead-gen/acquisition initiatives across all our channels and report on performance against our CPA and ROAS goals. You will conduct deep dives into onsite behavior and purchase data for insights into UX/UI (e.g., A/B testing), pricing and promotional strategy, and forecasting. You should be creative, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to work hard and collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment. This is an opportunity for a proactive, analytically-minded marketer passionate about data to make a truly outsized impact in fashion e-commerce and you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What You’ll Do

The E-Commerce UIUX Designer’s objective is to help online store easy to use, and consumer friendly. The UIUX Designer requires an understanding of human behavior and an appreciation for the types of consumers who buy tools and their unique challenges. The UIUX Designer must also have an eye for clean and thoughtful design, a keen sense of User Experience/Customer Experience, the ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. The UIUX Designer should be one-part Graphic Designer and one-part behaviorist.
