We are seeking Full-Time women fashion apparel e-commerce graphic designer assistant to edit/retouch photos and organize digital files. This graphic designer assistant will work closely with the entire Creative team. A majority of the role involves shooting, editing, retouching, resizing, renaming, and organizing product shots. If you're an upbeat Photo Editor that likes to get hands-on with the product, enjoys a fast-paced work environment, and is extremely organized, this is an ideal job for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist photograph, edit, retouch, and color correct product images for placement on our site, publications, email campaigns, social media, and more.
  • Assist website Ads banners, holiday banners, homepage banners and inside page banners create and design.
  • Retouch products images after each photo shooting.
  • Organize, rename, and resize image files properly into a variety of internal servers, and our website.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

  • Entry level photo retouching experience required
  • Skilled and passionate about product photography and editing.
  • Digital tech experience (camera knowledge, lighting strobes, lighting interiors, etc.) is a big plus.
  • A perfectionist eye for detail and color accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Lightroom, Photoshop, and file organization.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • General understanding of Capture One software and Raw processing
  • Entry level experience working with textures with a focus on textiles and skin
  • Proficient in Mac operating system is a plus 
  • Must understand Photoshop action sets, image resolution, color space, and image file formats

 

 As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a key member of the Marketing team responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing digital campaigns for a rapidly growing LA-based fashion label. You will manage the day-to-day execution of lead-gen/acquisition initiatives across channels to CPA and ROAS goals. You should be creative, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to work hard and collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment. Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics is required and you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage strategic marketing initiatives from concept through execution and optimization, with a focus on digital acquisition campaigns across channels (affiliate, social, search, display, video, and email) and devices (mobile tablet)
  • Collaborate with agency partners to plan and manage paid media campaigns, including managing weekly/biweekly performance reviews
  • Develop an iterative testing framework (A/B, message resonance, etc.)
  • Ideate and iterate creative/content in alignment with brand vision and segmentation
  • Collect and populate weekly reporting dashboards on campaign performance for internal Weekly Business Reviews
  • Conduct competitive analyses of brand and performance marketing
  • Create and present POVs on new channel opportunities and industry trends

    As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be a key member of the Marketing team responsible for generating, sharing, and actioning business intelligence from our marketing initiatives and campaigns. You will collect and digest, present and package, and develop recommendations based on marketing and customer data while assisting in the development of our company’s data science program and BI architecture. In partnership with the Digital Marketing Specialist and our agency vendors, you will manage the execution and optimization of lead-gen/acquisition initiatives across all our channels and report on performance against our CPA and ROAS goals. You will conduct deep dives into onsite behavior and purchase data for insights into UX/UI (e.g., A/B testing), pricing and promotional strategy, and forecasting. You should be creative, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to work hard and collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment. This is an opportunity for a proactive, analytically-minded marketer passionate about data to make a truly outsized impact in fashion e-commerce and you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

    What You’ll Do

    • Collect, populate, and analyze weekly reporting dashboards on campaign performance across channels/sources for Weekly Business Reviews –automating where possible
    • Monitor and optimize campaigns for response rates, website conversions, multi-touch attribution, incremental sales revenue, and ROAS
    • Conduct competitive analyses of brand and performance marketing using a combination of primary and secondary research
    • Review and adjust tagging and data layers, as necessary on site
    • Complete iterative customer deep dives, resulting in segmentation, CLV calculations, and retention analyses
    • Monitor and deploy the latest digital analytics tactics and methods
    • Build and maintain company analytical toolset

    Required:

      The E-Commerce UIUX Designer’s objective is to help online store easy to use, and consumer friendly. The UIUX Designer requires an understanding of human behavior and an appreciation for the types of consumers who buy tools and their unique challenges. The UIUX Designer must also have an eye for clean and thoughtful design, a keen sense of User Experience/Customer Experience, the ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. The UIUX Designer should be one-part Graphic Designer and one-part behaviorist. The UI Designers works with the creative team to streamline the shopping process, and ultimately create a better and more engaging user experience.

      The Ideal Candidate requires:

      • 3-5 years in community management, managing outreach, building brand advocacy, social media campaigns in the Fashion Industry is a MUST
      • Bachelor’s degree- concentration in marketing or communications preferred.
      • Superior working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat and other emerging platforms and high-level contacts at each organization.
      • Self-starter who can articulate big ideas and exciting trends.
      • Exceptionally skilled at image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form, and color
      • Deep knowledge of the digital and social media landscape including, history of working with various digital publishers, social media companies and analytics software.
