Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can place orders without an account. However, our team can better serve you in the process and with future orders through your personal customer account. Your personal information will be perfectly protected by J.ING. With an account, our customer care team can easily and quickly find your order and invoice history should you have a problem with a purchase. We value your time.

What payment methods does J.ING accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?

We accept Debit / Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and AliPay. It is always safe to process your Debit and Credit Card information with us.

Why are some items marked as final sale?

All Final Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Clothing or items that have been worn, washed, stained, missing their original labels and tags cannot be returned.
Accessories, jewelry and intimates are NOT accepted for returns and are also Final Sale.

How do I know what size fits me best?

J.ING offers a size chart next to the photo of the product you are interested in. The model's measurements are also included in the description.

To find your exact size, simply measure your bust, waist, and hips as outlined by the chart. You can refer to your clothing size for extra help as well. If you have further questions about finding your size, click on the "how to measure" button. You will see more measuring instructions as well as an international size conversion chart.

How can I track my order after the invoice is received?

When you place an order with J.ING, your order is processed and shipped within 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS, weekends are exceptional. You’ll receive an email of your confirmed order with a tracking number located on it. You may access your tracking information by simply clicking on the tracking number in your email. This tracking information is the most current up-to-date information on your shipment. If the tracking number is not updating within a week, please contact customercare@jingus.com for further assistant.

Can I change or cancel an order I placed at JING?

You can manage and track the order you placed online by contacting the JING customer care team at customercare@jingus.com. You will need your order number and email address. However, once the order begins processing in our system, we may not be able to amend it. Please take extra care when placing an order, as JING does not accept any changes on orders that have already been processed. By placing an order, you expressly agree to follow and abide by these terms.

Can I stack promo codes?

Only 1 promotional code may be applied per order.
We cannot apply promo codes to past orders.

What is your return policy for tier offers?

In the event that you make a purchase during a promotion where the total discount you received is dependent on the grand total cost of the order (Buy More, Save More Sale) and you wish to return an item(s), then the discount you qualified for is subjected to change to a lower discount as dictated by the promotion.

Refund will then be recalculated accordingly to reflect promotional terms.

Does J.ING offer price adjustment?

If you purchase an item and it goes on sale within 14 days from the order date, we will provide a store credit adjustment. One price match per order is allowed at the current pre-tax price. The difference will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. Please note that the price is subject to change. Changes are based on the current item's pre-tax amount when requesting a price match. We will match the difference for the whole order. In the case that you return an item that completed a price adjustment, the refund amount will be based on your original invoice.

To receive a price adjustment, simply email us at customercare@jingus.com. Please note that we cannot issue a price adjustment to any third party offers.

How can I track my package at your website?

Which destinations does J.ING ship to?

We ship worldwide! For International Orders, it is best for you to know your International Customs Policies and Laws to properly receive your order.

Do you ship to P.O boxes?

P.O boxes shipping will only be available in US only.

For the protection of your purchased items, we do not ship to P.O boxes out side of US..

Does J.ING ship to multiple addresses?

We do not ship to multiple addresses within one order. You would need to place each order individually, per shipping address.

How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

Estimated Delivery for orders within the continental U.S., Hawaii, Canada and Alaska are 5-15 business days within the shipping date.

Rates for within the U.S. (not including Alaska or Hawaii) is $6.99 USD for Ground Shipping, and free for orders over $79 USD.

Canada & Mexico: We charge a $9.99 USD flat rate shipping fee & offer free shipping on orders $199 USD and over.
For Australia: We charge a $9.99 USD shipping fee & free shipping on orders $99 USD and over.
All other International orders: We charge a $6.99~$25 USD shipping fee.

What if my purchase was damaged during the delivery?

Please inform our customer care 1 (855) 553-8955 right away after you find that the received item(s) are damaged. We will solve the matter as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange

Can I return or exchange underwear items?

For your protection and care, we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges on our intimates items (bras and panties).

Can I request an exchange if the size does not fit me?

We currently don't offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item by contacting our customer care agents to initiate a return for you.

Can I request my refund if I decided to return my purchase?

Yes, you can request a refund if the returned item's condition qualifies as unused without a price difference in the process. More information please check our Return and Exchange Policy.

Can I return or exchange Final Sale items?

Unfortunately, a Final Sale is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I request a store credit or a refund?

We provide both refund and store credit as return option within refund policy terms. A refund can be issued to your original pay method within refund policy terms. Please note a $7.99 return fee will be deducted from total refund if refund to orignal payment method has been selected.

What is your policy for items purchased during the Buy More, Save More promotional sales?

We will reply to your questions as soon as we can. Normally, you shall expect your answer within 24 hours during normal business hours.

Does J.ING have seasonal sales?

What are J.ING’s operational hours?

We are open from 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday to Friday. J.ING does not open during national holidays.

How do I join the Insider Loyalty Program?

Can I log in through my social?

Yes! By logging in through your social you’ll automatically be signed up for J.ING Insider.

Do I need to make a new account if I want to log in through my J.ING username?

No, but our website won’t be able to save your social password, you’ll have to reset your password so you can choose to log in through either method.

How are tier rankings determined?

Tier rankings are determined by your actual dollar spend on an annual basis.

How do I maintain my tier ranking?

You will need to continue to have an annual spend in line with the tier requirements in order to maintain your tier ranking.
If your spending decreases lower than your current tier, your tier ranking will be adjusted accordingly the following calendar year.

What happens if I return an item I used a Reward to purchase? Do I get my Reward back?

Unfortunately, Rewards can not be refunded back to your account. You may exchange an item if it is not final sale without losing the Reward amount, but if the exchange is not greater than the award purchase the balance will be forfeited.

Do my points expire?

Yes, your points are valid for one calendar year.

Can I use points with promo codes?

Yes. You may use promo codes in conjunction with your points to maximize your rewards!

Can I earn points for purchases made prior to joining J.ING Insider loyalty program?

No, you may not receive any points retroactively on purchases made prior to becoming a J.ING Insider member.

How do I earn J.ING Insider points?

- Earn 50 points just for signing up and becoming an Insider!
- Shop with J.ING! Every dollar transfers to points
- Earn double or triple the points during special promotions for Loyalty members.

Can I return or exchange the Birthday Gift?

Birthday gifts are not returnable or exchangeable and are randomly picked based on current promotional inventory.

How will I be notified of exclusive events?

VIP members will receive personalized invitations to exclusive events via email.

Do the tier upgrade bonus credits expire?

No, they do not.

However, your accumulated points expire a year from the date they are earned. Customers may have several expiration dates for their accumulated points, and will be able to check on the status of their points through their J.ING Insider account.

How do I discontinue my membership?

What if I already created a J.ING account and am opted-in to receive e-mails? Will I have to sign up again to be part of the J.ING Insider Loyalty Program?

No, customers with existing accounts who are opted-in to receive e-mail communications from us will automatically be enrolled in our Loyalty Program with 50 extra points on top of the 50 points earned from new customers who sign up. This is just a small 'thanks' from J.ING to our loyal customer base.

What is your shipping and return policy?

Insider Members will receive $5.99 Shipping Discount or free U.S. Continental ground shipping on minimum purchases of $99 USD (exclusive of taxes and/or shipping) made at JINGus.com.

Elite Members will receive $2.99 Shipping Discount or free U.S. Continental ground shipping on minimum purchases of $99 USD (exclusive of taxes and/or shipping) made at JINGus.com.

VIP Members will receive free shipping and returns on any orders made on JINGus.com.

If an order is placed when the Membership is in the Insider Tier, the shipping offer in place with regards to the Tier level the Member is in at the time of the purchase will be applied, even if an upgrade to Elite Tier becomes effective before your order is shipped.

International shipping is a flat fee of $25 USD to Mexico and Canada (or free shipping for orders $249 USD and over), and Australia is $25 USD flat rate fee (or free shipping on orders $399 USD and over); all other international countries will be charged a $25 USD flat rate fee. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories outside the Continental U.S. are a flat fee of $25 USD. Returns from the Continental U.S. are Free and returns from Mexico, Canada and China must be shipped back to J.ING at the customers expense. J.ING does not offer returns from other countries.

What is the shipping cost if I am not a member of J.ING insider?

Where do I go to write a review?

Log into your account, then click on the user icon on the top right corner of the page (next to the heart button) and then "past orders." From there, you can write a review your previous purchases.

How many times can I write a review?

You can only write one review per item in your purchase history.

Do I have to put my real name to write a review?

No, you do not have to put your real name, but you must use the email that is linked to your account; your email will not be posted publicly and is only visible to J.ING for verification purposes.

How do I redeem my reward points?

Your points will be automatically added to the existing Rewards points in your account. You may redeem them by opening the "J.ING INSIDER" widget located on the top left-hand side on our website (gift box icon).
